Shipping and Delivery

Delivery Area

We currently only deliver to certain area in Selangor & Wilayah Persekutuan. You may check the estimate shipping upon check out.

Shipping

For order and payment received before 6pm, we will deliver the product the next working day (order received after 6.01pm will be delivered the day after tomorrow).

There will be NO DELIVERY on every Monday.

Example :

Order on 12/3/2020 6:00 pm - Will deliver on 13/3/2020

Order on 12/3/2020 6:05 pm - Will deliver on 14/3/2020

Shipping Method and Charges

We are using a local courier company (lalamove, DD express, and tect) & our own transportation team. The shipping charges are based on the shipping location, normally withing Klang valley cost RM 10 & above. Free shipping purchase over RM 200

Indemnity

We will not be liable for accident or loss due to inaccurate shipping information provided and the customer would be responsible for all the shipping charges due to unreliable shipping information provided. We will not make misleading assertions that are different from the original transaction amount mentioned on our receipts.

Return and Exchanges Policy

We will not do a refund for the confirmation order make, we only did a replacement for serious defect products.

We incorporate 1 day of warranty on the sold products. The delivered product may be replaced or refunded if there is any serious defect. Serious defects do not include slight differences or trivial flaws, or a flaw which is shrouded in overall appearances.

We only manage the after-sales service for the customer who directly buys from the famufamu.com website. The customer is expected to send an email with the supporting pictures if they have any issues with the product within 1 day of receiving the product. Please contact us at customer@famufamu.com and we will reply to you as soon as possible.

The customer required to return the product to our designated location and the product must be unused and in the same condition with the original packaging that you received it. The product remains the responsibility of the customer until it is received by us. We will replace the product and deliver it for the next purchase.
